When I'd placed my first order, it took me a while to make my selections (also no big surprise there). Why? Because I really thought I wanted Manipulative. But after quite a bit of contemplation, I decided that it would make my Very Alabaster Skin turn all lobstery (also, when has that ever stopped me from wearing a polish? Answer: never). I ended up buying Princess instead.
BUT this time around, it snagged me with it's siren call. Such is life.
I am so glad I bought this polish, you guys. It's flipping gorgeous. It's possibly my favourite aqua, and I have mad love for For Audrey. And I don't own Aqua Lily. But I digress.
Manipulative is a stunning blue green...I think it's almost sea glass like. But what makes it gasp-worthy is the subtle blue and pink shimmer. To tell you the truth, it totally slayed my Aqua Lily lemming.
This is 3 coats with SV! I apologize for my super dry cuticles, feel free to avert your eyes.
What do you think of my new bottle shots? I'm playing around with a few different approaches
Verdict? Decidedly Not Lobstery.
What do you think of Manipulative? I'm LOVING it! I'm on my second day of wear and it's holding up great, even after a day full of paper & typing.
HAPPY FRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIDAY! My first week back went well but woof, my schedule of work and class may kill me yet. I'm hoping to bring back Blue for Bryant Friday next week. Do you like that feature or would you rather see something else?
OH OH OH. I ended up with Bevin, Song & Jules from the Zoya promo, so yaaaaay!
I'll be back Sunday with more stuff for your eyeballs =)

Beautiful shade indeed. That shimmer is simply gorgeous
