But I have another Valentine's Week polish for you!
I picked up this polish this summer as a pick me up, probably when Bryant was home working. I don't even remember when it was! But a bright pink polish just made me happy. And I'm totes not a bright pink person. My bottle says "Mob Square" which doesn't even make sense. It must have been pair of the renaming deal but it's mos def Mod Squad. And I refuse to call it Mod Square. And it has Essie's famous jelly-creme formula, similar to Turquoise & Caicos and Lapis of Luxury.
It totally fits into my wardrobe, which is a combination of preppy, textbook professorial, mod & a bit of trend (don't ask, I don't know either). It's just such an uplifting! It works as a nice counterpoint against what I'm wearing today; grey, burgundy and black.
This is 3 coats with SV =)
It's not quite so neon-y in real life, it's a bit more subdued. Shut the front door!
My hands are so dry. So so dry. I had to slather my knuckles in cortisone cream last night, ugh. This winter has not been kind.
Question, have you picked up any of the OPI Euro collection? I get paid tomorrow and I think I'm going to place an order for My Paprika Is Hotter Than Yours, Can't Find My Czechbook & Eurso Euro. Which polishes are you loving?
Happy Wednesday!
and as Leslie Knope would say, "Happy Galentine's Day!"

I love this pink. Did you know I'd picked up Mod Squad AND THEN PUT IT BACK??? But then I got Secret Stash, and homygod.
ReplyDeleteYou are silly. And that is LOVELY.
DeleteI also just realized how much my monitor at work (where I posted) distorts the colour LOL.
I think I might have this color... I have a mystery Essie pink with no label. I bought it on a whim at a drug store and I honestly have no idea what it is, but it could be this.
ReplyDeleteI'm definitely picking up Eurso Euro, and I keep going back and forth on Paprika every time I see a swatch. I don't need a dupe of Essie E-nuff is E-nuff, which is my absolute perfect orangey-red/coral. I'm clearly in such a shame spiral since I actually took an inventory of my stash, and had about 100 more bottles than I though I did. I'm also a little afraid Eurso Euro is a dupe of China Glaze Bermuda Breakaway, but I think it might lean a little more blue than indigo. Both E-nuff is E-nuff and Bermuda Breakaway are from older collections, though, so I don't expect to see any comparison swatches anywhere. I'll have to find out the hard way, I guess.
